West Coast Hearing & Balance

I arrived well in time for my appointment but needed to use the restroom before my test. I have arthritis in my fingers and he lock on the door was much too hard for me to open so I had to get help which made me late for the appointment. I did inform Dr. Wareham about the problem and he said he would check it out.

Getting checked in was easy. There was quite a bit of paperwork to fill out, but it was all digital - they just handed me an iPad and I filled it out. I had a short wait and was seen promptly by the doctor who checked my ears, addressed my concerns, and answered my questions. They wanted to also do some tests; they got me in same day, less than 20 minutes later. Those folks also helped me out reasonably and quickly and answered all my questions. Overall, this went much quicker and easier than I expected. Would go again next time I have an ear concern.

Dr Aviv Gilboa did the hearing test and serviced our hearing aids to function correctly.
She was courteous and easy to talk to. She answered all our questions. We are very happy with her.
