Top Nails has friendly and polite staff. They offer walk-in appointments and take care of pedicures, doing a good job with gel polish that doesn't chip. Some customers have great experiences with their nail work, particularly with acrylics and pedicures. Quality can be inconsistent, but staff is always nice and willing to accommodate requests.

What a lovely salon with sweet welcoming technicians. I stopped in here while waiting for my oil change at Pep Boys. Mary did my mani pedi and she is such a delight. So funny and kind.

I noticed how happy the repeat customers were as they came in and were greeted like old friends. That’s how you know a business is run well because customers feel cared for. Many times I’ve gone to other places that do a good job but you feel like they just don’t want to engage with you at all.
Quality of services is excellent as well.

This staff seems to genuinely care. I’ll definitely be back.

Quality is poor. Very nice staff but just getting you in and out. It wasn't very busy but even after me asking to get my cuticles cleaned up and to even the polish. The quality stayed the same.

All the ladies here are super sweet. Every time I leave I'm always happy with my pink & white acrylics that Lily does... Lisa also does a great job when I see her. Pedicures are also always done very well. My gel polish on my toes never chips. Best salon in Simi by far. Highly recommend! ?
