My pup, Sadie Juliana, absolutely loves going to Simi Valley Pet Resort! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive—she gets so excited with full-body wiggles and happy head shakes whenever she sees them. I know she’s in great hands. They always take such good care of her and are happy to give her a little extra attention when needed. It’s a wonderful team, and I have total peace of mind knowing she’s safe and loved while I’m at work.
I used their boarding services. The staff was so nice. I received pictures of my dog through out the day, he looked so happy playing with other dogs. When I went to pick him up, he was so well behaved. I will continue to used their services. Thank you from Russell and I.
I've brought my pup in twice now and she was happy to walk in the door on the second visit. She even started wagging her tail when one of the women came out to get her. Maggie has a great memory and would've let me know if she wasn't happy to be there.
