Dr Stirewall is a terrific dr for your fur babies.She has ALWAYS shown concern, consideration and competency for my dogs. Never let's me down and I own breeds that have a lot of issues.Definitely a great vet with an awesome office staff.I've notice three other reviewers complain about Dr. Stirewald being racist....That is a bold face lie. I don't know what agenda these three individuals have, but it is not even close to being the truth.

My dog got bit and was initially treated at another vet. The next day she had signs of infection that were really concerning. After calling around all of Simi (including VSEC and other \\\"emergency\\\" hospitals) no one could take her. Once I called Simi Animal Hospital, the front desk staff was very attentive and heard my concerns and worry. They got me in immediately and took great care of my dog. The front staff, doctor, and technicians are all amazing and you could tell they truly care about animals. They have an amazing laser therapy service to help with the healing process and I could not recommend it more! My dog is back to her acting herself, eating and drinking...read full review

The staff here is truly wonderful and saved my dog’s life after she was attacked by another dog. Very grateful to the professionalism and kindness I was shown during this emergency. Thank you for helping Gypsy! ?
