Last night I logged into my computer and everything was gone! I know nothing about computers so I began looking for someone to fix it. I got Jeff. He immediately was able to get me to relax and assured me he could assist me. I dropped off the computer at 10:30am and had it back fully restored to normal by 12:30. He also offered suggestions to avoid further issues! Thank You Jeff!!!!!!
