I've been going to Pilates with Passion for over 10 years (with some breaks due to illness). Kelly is smart, fit, and very knowledgeable as well as a great instructor. She works at your skill level and makes accommodations for any special needs. Kelly helped me to lose 50lbs after 9 months of high dose steroids, to recover after a hip replacement, and regain motion and strength after two disc replacements and a second hip surgery. Plus Pilates is fun, graceful, and challenging. I have now been taking Pilates classes with Kelly for 8 months. I am stronger, leaner, more flexible and feel great. Kelly is incredibly intuned with the body, and is the reason for all my gains.

Kelly is a wonderful instructor. Coach and cheerleader. Every time I go to class at Pilates no matter how many times I have done an exercise I find that I learn something new and when I leave the studio I feel relaxed and completely renewed. It's the best of two worlds treating your body and your mind!
