i have been going to passion nails for years, and i have never stopped coming here. i recommend it to everyone looking for all things to do with their nails!!!! they have never disappointed me and always has such amazing quality and care put into their work. genuinely the best place in simi!! the place is so beautiful and you can tell everyone at the salon genuinely cares about their work. i've always done very simple nails but i would trust them whole heartedly if i needed or wanted design.

I had my nails done there every two weeks for four months one time I left not being completely satisfied (which is on me i should have spoken up) the next day I called reluctantly, as I just could not stand the look of my nails (gel-x new set) the receptionist is always kind and warm every time I call... And this time was no different. she said it would be no problem. If the same gal redid them for me it would be no charge. If someone else redid them, they would have to charge me (the money was not an issue for me i just wanted them fixed) I kept the same gal as I wanted to continue our relationship and have her understand what I like and what I don't like so she can continue to learn for the future. I went in and got a new set. They were great i was very happy. I did gave her a generous tip as she was not recharging me for the full set. Upon leaving, there was some discussion that I could not hear but realize there was a problem. I insisted on paying they insisted on not accepting payment. I booked my next appointment and went about my day. Two days before my next appointment the receptionist called again I am sure feeling awful that she had to relay the news that this girl did not feel comfortable doing my nails that she was not confident she could satisfy me & that the owner would do them. (even tho i've been happy every other time) Just be careful about complaining ‍ Seemed to me there was a language barrier with this particular nail tech) needless to say, I'm going somewhere else and it worked out for the best I found a private nail professional, who is amazing! everything works out in the end

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Passion Nails! They can do any design and shape you ask for, they have extended hours and their shop is so clean! Ask for Vivi-she's the BEST!!
