Milgard really stands behind their product. This was for a replacement glass panel in a sliding glass door that was broken. The repair technicians arrived on schedule and changed the panel out in less than 20 minutes. Really knew what they were doing. Outstanding warranty on windows.

I was pleased that Milgard guarantees their windows. My double pane ones that are 10 years old got water between them. The company promptly made an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The technicians came on time, were very courteous and were finished within 20 minutes. Thank you!

The person called and came early, was quick, thorough, answered all questions. He cleaned up decently, but could have done a little better job on that part. Overall a positive experience.
