I had to make a same-day appointment with a new doctor (my primary wasn't available until next month). I got an appointment with Dr. Sully, who was absolutely wonderful. Usually, I prefer to see women doctors, but Dr. Sully made me feel very comfortable, and I felt my needs were heard and understood. The nurse was great too, and everyone at the pharmacy was lovely. However, I overheard one of the lab techs say a rude, immature comment about a lab sample I retrieved for them, which made me feel uncomfortable. Amazing location, always quick and easy getting in out. HOWEVER calling is a complete nightmare. The automated service is cumbersome and trying to reach anyone for a simple question outside of the address or hours is the worst. Id rather drive all the way there than call.
Excellent care!!! Staff always extend themselves to help you and make you feel like family. Frances my nurse always gives excellent care!! Been going to Kaiser since my adult kids were born….and the care from all the doctors, nurses, pharmacy staff, technicians etc have been top quality and never felt unheard or just a number! Thank you Kaiser staff for years and years of excellent health care services.
