Kaiser Permanente Simi Valley Medical Office 2

Kaiser Simi and just Kaiser in general has always been good to me and my Family. I've had a few different health care providers in my time and Kaiser is by far the best. Everything is always smooth sailing and the doctors and nurses in there are always willing to help. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

This Kaiser has got it together! Very organized! When you walk in there is someone at the door to direct you. You can check in at the counter or at a kiosk to avoid lines. I checked in at the kiosk and only sat down for less than 5 minutes before my name was called. The staff is super friendly and patient. I got the vibe that the nurses and doctors were legitimately trying to come up with a tailored solution for my runny eye due to a sinus infection, and not just write me another prescription. Highly recommend coming to this kaiser! We love pediactric department! They are so good with the children and giving them shots. Made my kiddos feel safe they loved the books and stickers! Thankful for great staff and great providers! 5 star!
