We were asking for an estimate to relocate shutoff valves. Based on the picture of the existing layout, Jeff immediately pointed out inconsistencies beyond my naked eyes. Following his direction, I tested again and yes, there is no need for relocation. Thank you for the big help Jeff!

I had a hot water slab leak and I had 4 different plumbers come out. Frankel plumbing was the most knowledgeable and honest about my situation. It was not covered by insurance so they gave me affordable options. Jeff and Robert came out and fixed the leak within a few hours and both were very professional and friendly. Best experience with a plumber ever! I will call them again and I'll recommend them to all my friends!

I have to reiterate how amazing Jeff and his team are! From Denae at the office to every single plumber who works for Jeff. We have used them for multiple different issues inside and outside. They are so fast to respond, sometimes within an hour if they have someone near by. I know they have lots of projects and clients, but you really feel like you are a priority, no matter how small the job. Jeff will also give his honest opinion and NEVER over sales, in fact if he thinks something is not needed he will let you know. He also will give you the most cost-effective solution.
