Called Integrity to come out and repair our air conditioning. Steven found the problem . It was going to be around a four hour job , he got it scheduled for us on a Friday . It was really hot this week . He said if they get a cancellation we would be the first to have someone come out to do the job . We got a call the next day and was told that they could have someone out on Thursday . We were so happy and grateful. Chris and another guy came out and did a great job . We would definitely call Integrity again .
Highly recommend! I cannot recommend Integrity Comfort Systems enough. Their name truly speaks everything - this company has true integrity! They came out and reviewed our situation and did not try to up sell me into a new system. To my surprise they instead first gave me options on how the prior system could still be used with a proper cleaning and such So that it could last longer. But once we really talked it all through it clearly made sense to replace it rather than delay the inevitable and not once was I pressured. The new system is fantastic; the pricing was very fair (we had another company bid as well) and the entire installation was VERY smooth. The install team were a pleasure to work with. From the personal attention of owner Kenny; Mike who managed the installation and team; the crew through to Julie in the office - Everythng was installed timely and on schedule. The entire process has been a pure pleasure. In addition - because the install took place during the Covid 19 "pandemic" they were as non-intrusive as possible and respectful of us being in the home while they worked as they adhered to all the recommended procedures (masks; gloves; social distancing; etc.).
The name says it all. This company is the only one I trust for my HVAC needs. I have used them for years at my company and residence. They are honest, dependable, clean, and professional. Love these guys!
