A.B. from Hydrex arrived early, but phoned ahead of time to let me know he was coming. He thoroughly inspected the attic, searching for signs of a possible rat infestation. After finding no evidence, he informed me that there was no charge for anything! I provided a nice tip for his efforts. Very professional, courteous, and friendly.
