Another inspector, Randy Funk recommended Bob to us. Bob has been essential in our home purchase from out of state. He has been punctual in his communication and thorough in our home inspection report, easing our minds about making a home purchase on a home we haven't been able to see in person before buying. He's responded quickly and has been kind enough to walk us through the entire process of the inspection and answer any and all questions we might have. He also offered us a reinspection after the repairs were finished, helping us catch one item that wasn't fully fixed. This has been so helpful, knowing we can rest that there won't be any unexpected surprises after we close. Another contractor company in the area was not very responsive and took a while to return my calls. We had to book through their website without hearing back from anybody and ended up canceling their service before ultimately having Bob do our home inspection. I'm so glad we did. You won't regret using him as your inspector!

I recently bought my first house, a thoroughly overwhelming experience. My realtor suggested I hire Bob Guyer to do the inspections and I couldn't be happier with his work. Not sure what I expected but it certainly wasn't a 200 page, painstakingly thorough report that detailed every detail no matter how minor. On site, once Bob was done with his initial inspection, he patiently walked me through everything he found and recommended some fairly simple solutions. Once he had the report complete and delivered, Bob called me to ask if I had any questions and make sure I understood everything clearly. Great work, fair price, and on top of it Bob's a really nice guy. With the info provided in the report I received from Guyer Inspections I was able to convince the seller to do about $30,000 worth of "corrections" before closing on the house. Which is certainly not terrible at all!
