Erika is the best! I'm in my mid-40s & have been training with Erika for over 2.5 years and I LOVE it! This is the only form of exercise that I've been able to stick to consistently ever in my life. Erika's workouts are challenging, but in just the right way. If I walked into a gym on my own I would have no idea what to do, how much weight to lift, etc. Erika guides you through each session and meets you exactly where you are at and pushes you to get stronger. She is organized & methodical and I appreciate her thoroughness and advance planning for each week. I started my fitness journey with Erika in May 2021. Her upbeat and positive disposition makes her work outs a joy to do. I'm in my early 50s and I feel better than ever! She tailors every workout to your needs, guides you with nutrition and overall goals. After my mastectomy I needed to get back in shape gradually and consistently. She has been a key element to my physical wellbeing. I will forever be thankful for her services and her contribution to making women healthier and stronger. 🙌🏽

I’ve been working out with Erika for almost two years now and she is seriously the best!! I originally started training with her to get stronger, then found out I was pregnant again. She trained me safely through pregnancy and postpartum, and I truly believe staying consistent with her helped with a smoother delivery and bouncing back when I was ready. She always meets me where I’m at but still pushes me to lift heavier and get stronger. Highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for an amazing trainer!!
