This company went to my customers house for a stoppage and almost took them for over ten thousand dollars. They did an improper job snaking the pipe and almost got away with their shenanigans. A little tip Dutton you cannot snake back to back toilets from anywhere but the roof. Train your techs

I scheduled an appointment online with what I thought was Goettl plumbing. I received a text indicating they would come to fix my leak between 9 and 1 and would confirm 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Just after 8:30 am I received a text with a photo of the technician and confirmation they would be there between 9 and 10. Then nothing. I called at 10:15 and was told he was 15 minutes away. I called at 11:15 and was told he was finishing a job in Malibu. At 1:00 I called and cancelled after being told he was close by. Not the kind of service I expect from Goettl.

Scam operation. Got a cold call from them offering to "service" my water heater for free, plumber just gave me a sakes pitch for expensive water filter they were selling-- plus he messed up my plumbing. 2nd plumber from Dutton came over to fix what the first plumber did but instead of that he just pulled the same b.s., poking around looking for excuses to make me spend $20,000 on stuff I don't want, even calling his "boss" to give me a high pressure sales pitch. Didn't fix any of the damage the first plumber did, and had the temerity to demand $50 for his "services. I tried to be polite but they made me feel very uncomfortable, bullied and scammed.
