Your knowledge and kind concern about HVAC system and correcting what my vendor for my recent purchase did not do correctly as well as not knowing how to adjust the vents to get more air in my 3rd story bedroom has made a tremendous difference because I no longer have to waste money on setting the temperature at 62 to get it cool in my bedroom. Because of your due diligence, I now have the thermostat set at 69 degrees, which is 7 degrees cooler, and my bedroom temperature is perfect! This should help lower my DWP charges as well. With so much appreciation for all the time and attention you gave me and for all the detail information you were so patient to give me, I thank you 10 times over! Dianne

I live in an apartment building with a preferred vendor list. When my unit's HVAC started having problems, I went down the list--the first vendor worked on the HVAC, but the problem persisted. That's when I called Custom Air Systems for the first time, and I will only call Custom Air Systems from now on. I am one of those unlucky or lucky or, however you want to view it people that seem to get bizarre technical issues with things like HVAC units. The problem wasn't an easy fix in that a lot of troubleshooting went into actually diagnosing the problem. Through this experience, I can say I am so impressed with Denise and all of Custom Air System's techs. Their knowledge and commitment to getting repairs done right are bar none. If you are shopping for an HVAC repair company, you can stop looking. Custom Air Systems is the best!
