They have qualified therapists and helpful aides, working to help your body get back to where it needs to be. They work on meeting a goal that you’ve set. They teach you how to do the exercises and expect you to follow through with them while you are in there and lost definitely while you are at home. The only person you are hurting if you don’t follow the plan that’s been discussed and given to you, is YOURSELF. You can do the work. They’ve set you up for success, continue doing it.
