Completely let down by this well rated company. I booked an appointment to diagnose my AC unit not working (giving code). Tech came out to my home (Steven). Seemed to know what he was doing. Said he would order the part from Lennox and call me next week. No call. I texted him days later. Not even a response. Called their office. Woman said she'll find out status and call me back tomorrow. No call back. Over 2 weeks from initial service call, and no contact. SO glad tech didn't bother to get $160 payment for visit. I guess he thought he was coming back too?? I've since hired another company. I hate to blast a company with a bad review. But this is what happened... read full review

Doug and the team at Yes R & M are great! I had a unique split unit situation and they took care of it. The communication was strong and I sincerely appreciate all the time they spent explaining everything to me. I would 100% recommend them and use them in the future for any AC needs. It's great to find a company that stands by what they say and then follow through. Thx

Had them service my heating units. They went out of their way to be helpful and make sure I understood what they did and how to care for the units in the future
