I had an emergency water damage concern and Robert arrived within 24hr to assess my property and investigate the source of my concerning water leak. He thoroughly investigated the piping in the crawl space of my home as well as the moisture levels inside my house, ultimately determining that I had a burst pipe in 2 locations with the water trajectory pointing down away from the wood frame of the house. This was a massive sigh of relief, as it suggested little concern for water damage, and I was so grateful for how honest and clear Robert was with his communication.
