I called PDS Pluming and Air to see if I could get some to come out and unplug our kitchen sink. I talked to Phoenix who was very helpful getting the process to get a service technician out. After taking all my pertinent information she asked if I had a time that I would like a technician out. I asked for the earlier available time . It was 8:30 am, she said she had an opening from 9:00 to 11:00 am which I took. Phoenix said a technician would call and let me know what time he will be able to come.
