Alan was professional and kind. He came out and successfully performed the initial repair. Unfortunately, shortly after he left, we noticed the toilet base had cracked.
What impressed us most was Alan’s integrity and quick response. We contacted the company about the issue, and Alan promptly returned the very next day to replace the toilet and ensure everything was installed perfectly and securely. He was completely honest and focused on resolving the unexpected issue immediately.
Call these guys already! Called at 9pm for emergency plumbing, they were very responsive and within an hour Alan was here. Extremely personable guy and got the issue fixed in half an hour, very fair pricing for emergency plumbing and amazing value. I would recommend them anytime. Thank you!

Plumbing squad is our new go to plumber for life!! Our water heater pilot went out and we called 2 different plumbers who wanted to charge ridiculous amounts of money to replace the part or even a new water heater. Alan came same day and was very professional. He fired up the pilot in less than 3 minutes. They really came through and we will be calling them for all our plumbing needs!
