Been coming here for many years! Purchased 3 hamsters throughout the years and always had great service. We came in today to get our new dog essentials. As we were going down the aisles, a gentleman who I believe is the manager asked if we were finding everything ok and to let him know if we needed anything. When we were done picking everything out, we were helped by Brandon at the registers who was working alone. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and even went out of his way to discount our items because a coupon we had would not get recognized in their system. I'm living down by the Beach but I consider this my favorite Petco spot for all my pet care needs. I'm still in the process of slowly making my way back to regular in store visits since the pandemic ended I was spoiled by delivery services and curbside pickup as a result I despise indoor shopping thankfully this location is well stocked with what I need. They have remodeled the store a bit and seem to have way more of what I need food and wellness products calming meds dental care grooming supplies doggy clothes flea meds for preventative care and so much more for pet parents who want the best animal care products available on the market . Todays purchase: Frontline Gold For Dogs $56.99 - kills fleas eggs and larvae with 3 monthly doses. My condo has a common area and it's giving my baby fleas off and on I wanted to try topical meds before I try an oral pill that will also prevent fleas I will update my review in three months and let you know how well this product worked for my pet. A new harness $42.99 the third one I have purchased from Petco since my babygirl was about 3 months age 3 and she will be 10 in October where did the time go they had soo many styles this one is well made sturdy and it's a lovey color of blue or aquamarine I'm not sure but you can see the pic for reference. I highly recommend this Petco located in Signal Hill for all of your pet need I assure you that any pet you have will be well taken care of I was talking with a lady who has cats and a turtle she said that she gets all of her pet care products at this location. Run get you some. , ; )
I always come to this location but yesterday , 3/16/24 i was greeted by a young lady named Caia ... and i just want to give her a special thank you for her hard-work, accommodated me in an efficient manner & i greatly appreciate it.
