She totally listens to what you want and even if you don't know she tries to help tease out what you're looking for. I never feel pressure from her and I ALWAYS get compliments! She sets my expectations on what she's be able to accomplish and gives me so many tips for how to take care of my hair post-dye.
The entire salon's culture feels so vibrant has a great energy. Her salon is very clean and kudos for her safety protocols in checking guests in and ensuring that equipment is wiped down between each use. She’s a great conversationalist, positive, engaging and really listens to what you're trying to do with your hair. Additionally she’s always timely, sends appointment reminders the day before and all around it’s a pleasurable and relaxing experience.“
