Shawnas work is impeccable! I've been getting lash extensions for years now and have been to several salons, more and less known. After not having lashes for a few months, I decided to go here after seeing an advert on Facebook marketplace showcasing her work. I really liked it and found the prices to be very reasonable for such skilled work. Booking an appointment was very easy and she was very kind and communicative. Was in search of affordable mink full set of lashes & found a deal online that they offered to honor after I called regarding availability. Two hour free parking in underground garage, elevator & stairs (on 1st level) . Zen is on the second floor to the right once you exit the elevator/take the stairs. I sat in the waiting area, there was a sign in sheet and handmade jewelry for sale. My awesome lash artist Henwa came out and introduced herself she is friendly and answered my questions. Shawna is the best!! My lashes look beautiful I highly recommend getting the volume added Her prices are on point she's so sweet and as soon as I layed back she took care of me and I was out the door within 45 min. And to add to one of the reviews on time when your experienced you work faster . That does not devalue her work. My life is busy and the last thing I want to do is spend an outrageous amount to sit for two hours . this is my new lash home . And hopefully it will be yours too . If your a woman or person that supports small businesses then your should definitely give zen lashes a chance I support shawna and zen lashes 100%
