This has been my eye doctor for years and I hate having to rate them so low but the compensation services are terrible. I went in to have my glasses adjusted and tightened, I was warned the machine may break them but I wasn’t expecting that. Long story short the receptionist came back with my glasses in two pieces. I would’ve thought she went behind the counter snapped them in half herself and came back. I was left with my broken glasses and no compensation which is ridiculous. Saying you aren’t responsible for damages doesn’t NOT make you responsible for damages! Dr. Dodge is a nice guy but my experience was not nice. I had my eyes checked and got a new prescription for glasses. I took it to my glasses store and waited two weeks to get my glasses and when I tried them on they weren't right. Visualeyes said come back and have our glasses people look at the new ones. They didn't know what was wrong so they said to come back for the third time to have my eyes checked again. I got a new prescription and took it to my glasses store and waited AGAIN. I just picked them up and lo and behold they still aren't right.
