When it comes to details I'm an absolute psycho. That is one of my toxic traits. I see EVERYTHING, every scratch, every scuff, if something is uneven by 00000.1 millimeters somehow I will see it! So construction is not exactly a walk in the park with someone like me After doing tons of research we decided to go with Ron and Aasif. They came in with a competitive quote, and even though they were not the lowest quote, I liked them the most, and immediately trusted them the most as well. Now after working with both of them, I can safely say they are both salt of the earth type of guys. Honest, PATIENT, hardworking, fair...I could go on and on. They are genuine, caring, and value their customers, truly. They told me it would take eight weeks to complete the project, we were done in FIVE! Every step of the way they held my hand, and walked us through the process. Construction can be stressful and it's inevitable hiccups will happen, but if you're going to be in the trenches, trust me when I say you want it to be with Ron and Aasif. Anyone that gets to work with them is fortunate. With all the horrific construction stories we've all heard, that's not something you have to worry about with these guys (in my experience). Shout out to some of their team members, Jesse and Edwin (the best paint team) and their backsplash guy, Christian. They (almost) have as much ocd as me when it comes to details ;) I know this was long winded but if you've made it this far, just go with them already, they are THE BEST! And they're worth their weight in gold.
In 2018 I was looking to get a sunroom replaced. The company I called couldn't do the job so I asked him if there were any builders he knew of and could recommend. He replied, "Oh Valley Builders. They are the best" So I called them and asked them to come have a look. They agreed to do not only the job I had planned but my entire whole house renovation! Lucky, lucky me!! I for once got the best contractors I have ever had. I have renovated five houses and built two from the ground up and I wish I could've had Valley Builders for all of them. They are honest and clear about the work and the costs, they respond immediately to any concerns, the jobs got done on time and the work was top quality. Additionally, anything that needs to be fixed or made right they take care of, even though it has now been three years since I finished the first house I basically rebuilt from the foundation up with them in Santa Monica. Just yesterday Ron sent an electrician to install a new porch light for me at no charge even though that has nothing at all to do with their work, I just bought one I liked and had asked Ron for electricians he could recommend!! Two days later, new porch light! It's been that way with everything every step of the way. They are so in demand you may find it difficult to hire them but if you are fortunate enough for them to fit your job into their schedule, you certainly will be happy with their work. They also had an in house architect who drew up my plans and took care of all the permits and inspections. Such a relief to be able to relax and know my work was being done by professionals I could trust completely. You cannot do better than Valley Builders for any job you need done.
My wife and I hired Valley Builders and Remodeling to build an insulated ceiling with recessed lighted and install flooring into our converted garage to turn it into an additional room of our house. We were THRILLED WITH THEIR EXCELLENT WORK! What I appreciated most bout Valley Builders and Remodeling was their EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. They texted or called everyday to inform me of the hours their teams would be on the property and exactly what sort of work would be done. They were also available to answer all my questions and they completed each part of the project exactly as we had discussed and on the exact timeline they outlined. The job itself was executed at an extremely high level and all their workers were kind, courteous of the property, and very skilled. Our experience with Valley Builders and Remodeling was STELLAR and we will certainly be working with them again on future projects.
