I had an excellent experience here. Everyone was kind and the salon has a welcoming vibe and is very clean. It was my first time seeing stylist Amber. She was very courteous and professional and gave me an amazing hair cut. It was just before Christmas, and I was lucky to get in due to a cancelation. She gives all her first-time clients a special hair treatment, which was awesome. She answered questions I had about the kind of hair cut/ style I wanted and gave great advice. She gave me a beautiful cut. But then when I realized I wanted to go shorter, she happily did so. She worked well and was so efficient. What I absolutely loved about her though is that I usually have to tell stylists to tell me what they are doing, so I can recreate (or at least try to recreate) the look they give me when I walk out of the salon. With Amber I did not even have to ask. She told me how to style my hair and walked me through it without my even asking. So I have been able to keep my hair looking great. And she gave me such a amazing cut. I love it! My hair has not looked this good in years. Thank you so much, Amber.
Scott is, hands down, the best ever! I've been going to him for over a decade now, and I don't know what I'd do without him. I recently just went from very, very blonde (as I had been my whole life) to very, very dark! Not only did he do an incredible job on the color, but he eased me into it, and was there to support me through the whole process. I'm constantly being asked, "Who does your hair?!", and I always say, "Oh, you've got to go to Scott!". Love The Guest House so much! :)
