Maybe a scam? 10 seats taken, 6 people STANDING including me. They took my copay but after an hour I left and never saw a Dr. (There were still 4 people ahead of me.) As I was leaving there were two more people sitting OUTSIDE. Most are elderly so very sad to see how they are treated.

Poor assistance, especially the assistant named Seda 😠actually the worst I've had in my entire life.
Too bad there isn't a zero star option. The most incredibly rude and unprofessional office I've been to in a long time. The first visit I waited for an hour and a half before being seen for a simple eye exam. Then they split what was supposed to be one visit into three. Next, they tried to charge me for something that was approved by my insurance. Very argumentative and not very intelligent. Will not be going there ever again. Waste of time.

It’s all been said before and it’s my fault that I have to write this. I did not consult google reviews. This place is absolutely horrible. It’s hot outside and hotter in the waiting room and waiting is what you’ll do. Do not come here.
The Dr is pleasant and to the point. She explained how the insurance company does this to patients, overbooking to maximize profit. I thank you Dr Cook and appreciate the care despite the wait.
