This review is long overdue. Thanks to Oren, we have a beautiful new space that we get to enjoy every day. I interviewed 22 contractors, by the way, and I chose Oren because of his experience, honesty, calm demeanor, and good reviews. Oren was excellent at communicating with us, and was always available to take our calls and make our dreams become reality. I have a beautiful new ADU in LA, thanks to Ilan, Ever and the team at South Land. They are a pleasure to work with, particularly because of the open communication, the flexibility, and the trust worthiness of the team. I was traveling for multiple weeks of the project, and I knew my house was always in safe hands.
