The company responded immediately to what I thought was a hot water heater leaking. They were on site very quickly and determined that my water main was actually leaking. I decided to have my hot water heater replaced and upgraded to tankless due to its age and condition at the same time as repairs. All representatives and employees were very helpful, friendly and professional. The job was completed very quickly for the price quoted. Red Hat Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable as well as reasonable. Ahmad, the principle contact, explains in detail exactly what work will occur as well as the cost. Armando has been to our house on numerous occasions and you could not meet a more skilled plumber. Red Hat Plumbing has installed a tankless water heater, repaired our area drain system, repaired and lined our sewer pipe, replaced the existing dryer vent, replaced the existing washing machine water supply hoses, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the pressure regulator and installed a Moen Flo Valve. Needless to say, we truly trust Ahmad and his organization.
