If I could give ZERO stars I would!
I booked an appointment online last week (12/29/2022) and when I got to her address I had to ring the bell and knock three times before having to call twice! The second time I called a woman answered who was beyond RUDE. I told her my name and that I was there for my 10:30 appt and that I had booked online and she proceeded to tell me that I DID NOT have an appt. (which I did and can prove because she sent me confirmation texts) She then told me she was with a client. Truly an Amazing experience at this spa!
I had got an Electrolysis treatment with Lenore & Limor and had a great experience with both and great results!!
Recently..I also got a facial with Elan and my skin looks Amazing!! The staff is very nice and welcoming! This is the Best spa in Sherman Oaks!!

I got electrolysis here and was left with even MORE facial hair, and darker hairs. I was offered free sessions to fix the darkened and thickened hair and was blessed with scarring on my face from burns and bad work. Do yourself a favor and don’t do it!
