Lou's is a shoe repair shop that offers reasonable prices and quick service. Customers have praised the shop's ability to restore shoes, purses, and belts to their former condition. The shoe repair shop nearest to me closed so I tried out Lou's. I made the mistake of spraying bug repellant on black faux leather sandals and it left this terrible white film that I couldn't remove. I also had a pair of wedges where the ankle strap had come undone. He charged me $40, offered to have it done in two days, and both pairs look great. I don't know how he would be with more complicated repairs and more expensive shoes, but I'm super happy with the result. I'd also recommend taking photos of your shoes before dropping them off at any shop just in case.
Lou's an exceptionally nice guy. I've brought him 3 pairs of shoes so far and now they all look brand new again. Even my pair of wrecked tan suede wedges are back to being cute again. Definitely recommend this place!
I needed to shorten the chain strap of a purse and add sole protectors on a new pair of heels. I don't know how much these things should cost but very reasonable prices and 4-5 day turnaround. Highly recommend!
