Floyd’s has outstanding service. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. All the barbers are professional, friendly, and they will give you recommendations when you ask for it. You know that they want to be there for the service they provide by their positive and wonderful attitude.

For those that are so unfortunate to have either thinning or minimal hair, you know how important your haircut is. With little hair it’s even more important to have a great confidant holding the scissors. That’s one of the many reasons I keep coming back and drive close to 20 miles to see Britany in Sherman Oaks. When I jump in the chair she says “What are we doing?” And I reply with a smile, “whatever you always do!” She gets it right every time. Thanks Britany
