So there were some crazy winds happening and I got a call from the rental property in Valley Village that the skylight literally flew off the roof. Big hole in the ceiling. I called Eclipse and they answered the phone at 8:40am!!!! They had someone at the house within 10 min and fixed within 3 hours. This is the kind of company that I keep in my back pocket because who has customer service like this!?!? Amazing. Thank you so so much!!!!
If you are looking for an honest, professional roofer who takes pride in his work, look no further! We received a letter from our insurance company, so it was time to replace our roof. We called Udi and he came over to give us an estimate along with roofing samples for us to see. Udi took care of all the necessary permit paperwork and the work started within a few days! We knew it was going to be a very messy couple of days because they had to remove everything and start from scratch. The crew arrived on time, they were courteous and they always made sure to clean up after their day was done. I was looking for a reputable roofer on-line for my emergency roof replacement. I found Udi of Eclipse Remodeling & Roofing, Inc. I called him to hopefully get my roof replaced while there was a reprieve from the constant rain that we were having these past month. We met at my house he gave me the details of how he was going to do the reroof, what material he's going to use, what type of warranty he and the manufacturer offered on it, his estimated price and whether he can do it within my timeframe.
