I can generally get in to see him within a week or 2, but the admin leaves a bit to be desired. 2 of my referrals were just sitting in limbo for weeks because they didn't have my email for some reason and didn't bother to follow-up. After I followed up I got my referrals, both had incorrect addresses and / or numbers. I have to go into their office for any referrals, by the time I get the secondary appointments I don't have symptoms anymore. They are pleasant enough, but I can't say I'm 100 percent confident in the process here.

The Dr is now located in Sherman Oaks, 4849 Van Nuys Blvd.Dr Lavian is so compassionate and caring. He has been my PCP for many years now and he does a great job. Always a pleasure to see him.
