Staff is Pleasant and helpful. Dr. Lavian is super nice and listens.
Although I used to get in within a week, currently it takes over a month to get help unless you're extremely insistent.
Sometimes information gets missed or some miscommunication occurs. I've missed some phone appointments because they had some random number on file for me. They make an effort to accommodate though, and any other qualms I have relate to the horrible approval process for referrals through the insurance company and the long-distance elements of this medical group.
Dr. David Lavian is great it’s hard to find a doctor who will actually take the time to listen to you and genuinely cares about your health & wellbeing. He gave me several referrals to specialists based on my needs and concerns, he really listens. *****
Gayane, Arezoo and Avenia were amazing! They provided the best customer service. I was in a rush trying to get my appointments in a timely manner during a quick visit and they went above and beyond to address my needs. I highly recommend this clinic!!
