I called Oren from B&O Locksmith yesterday morning to inquire about getting my door lock repaired or replaced. Oren was responsive and scheduled an appointment for me the next morning. The service technician Gilli called me about 30 minutes after speaking with Oren to confirm the appointment and my address. On the day of the appointment Gilli called me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on time.
