The staff is very nice but I spent 200 for nails and pedicures and my nails started lifting by my cuticle by the next day. Now I love spending good money at a nail salon but I honestly got a very simple design and they dont have to shape anything just some filing so 200 is a bit much. The nails are pressed on then are UV glued on and styled, but the tips of your nails will be stuck while the whole rest of the nail is lifting its annoying and painful. Sorry to say I'm not going back :(
I started going there a few months ago and had a very good girl doing my gel nails. This last time the only person available was a new girl I had never seen before. I went against my instincts and had her do my gel nails. She cut my cuticles, cut my nails I had just grown out by wearing the the GelX for awhile. Now they are short, cuticles are cut up and my polish didn’t come out the right color due to only 2 coats out on. It’s also peeling off in less than a week. I’m really bummed, I thought I found my favorite nail salon. Can’t chance going back again.
I went here because I wanted to try a nail salon closer to my house, what a nightmare! I had gel x on my nails and wanted it redone. This takes me about 45-1hr at my normal salon. I was there for 2.5 hours and my nails are all different lengths and shapes. (I asked for short and almond) She drilled into my nails so hard while taking off the old gel x it was really hurting me and I kept telling her that jerking away but she kept doing it. My nails underneath are paper thin now. I also said I didn't want my cuticles trimmed because it makes my hands dry so instead she DRILLED them leaving two of them cut After all that and $80 later I'm just going to have to go get them redone today. What a waste.
