“We recently used Ark Design Construction and Roofing, Inc., of Palo Cedro, to replace the roof on our main house, and guesthouse. We are very happy with the process, and outcome.They are very busy so it took over three months to start the project after signing the contract. This was not a surprise. They told us up front they wouldn’t be able to do the job for three to four months.The contractors that did the work showed up on time. It was the same crew each day so there was no question of what to do. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and communicated well during the entire process. They took time to explain anything we had questions on, and told us about anything that we needed to know.There were no surprises on the invoice when the job was complete. They were very thorough during the bid process to include any additional repairs that needed to be done. They went on the roof and really inspected it.Another company walked around the house and provided the lowest bid. They didn’t include any additional repairs in the quote. The quote included a statement they may find other items that need to be repaired at an additional cost. Knowing there were additional repairs and having no idea what they would charge doesn't work for us.Services: Roof inspection“

“I live remotely and had a very hard time finding someone to replace my 50 y.o. gutters… they were bad. I have been putting it off for many years. Dino’s was recommended to me by a property management company in Redding. Dino’s crew went over and beyond what I ever expected and did a beautiful, beautiful custom job and even put fancy custom downspouts around my awkward shaped deck and porch… this took so much extra time & work just so it would look aesthetically good. Actually every downspout was custom fit to my house. I did not ask or expect them to do that… they did it all at no extra cost! What was supposed to be a one day job, turned into a two day job because they wanted it perfect. Dino’s crew of 5 were the nicest, most polite & hard-working men. I’m guessing they worked at least at least 12 hour days or longer with their commute. I am an elderly woman and this team treated me with nothing but respect & kindness. I am so very grateful for my brand new high quality gutters (with gutter gloves… so no more yearly cleaning). I highly recommend Dino’s. Their quality is outstanding with the nicest employees ever. “We had Wait Roofing add on to our back porch roof. They did an excellent job, always kept the work area clean. We also had them repair some roof damage from a limb that fell during a storm. Our roof is concrete tile and they were able to match the tiles from thier stock of used tiles . We will use them for all of our roofing needs.“
