I have been to this Dr Office 4 times in 3 weeks- my copay is kind of expensive and the provider wanted to see me again before the weekend to make sure I was breathing better. When I was checking in I asked if they could bill me out for my Copay as funds are a little tight until payday. The gal said let me talk to my office manager, the office manager said no if you don't pay I can't check you in. So I paid my copay anyway even though it was a hardship - then I saw the provider for 5 minutes and said everything is fine, Well why do I feel like crap- well if you don't feel better you can come back next week.. The worst, they don’t communicate about appointments till the last minute they cancel appointments and say maybe you can get seen at another location. I’m already doing research on other insurance companies I’m done dealing with this do yourself a favor find another provider
