Dr. Stephanie Hatayama and her vet team are amazing and loving. Clients recommend calling for an appointment because the walk-in wait is very long, but the staff is quick and efficient when you're an appointment. Patients receive same-day blood work, x-rays, and treatment options. The veterinarians and their entire team are praised for their dedication to saving pets, even in critical situations.
Dr. H is wonderful. She's always very patient accommodating, it takes the time to answer all my questions, and concerns. On top of this they've always provided excellent healthcare for my pet and I've been going here for over 10 years and the pricing is has always been very affordable even during difficult times they've only increased their pricing very gradually and slowly.
This place is amazing the front desk staff is always a very helpful, polite, very thorough, and great with following up and scheduling and making sure your pet gets what they need.
I would recommend this place for any pet owner.
A few weeks ago I had called in as I was concerned for my family pet dog, Diamond . She was going through severe lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea and I honestly thought that she was not going to make it. I called South County Vet Hospital and spoke to Vicky who was so pleasant over the phone. She immediately shared my situation of my ill dog to Dr. Stephanie. They allowed me to bring in Diamond immediately if I was able to get there within a half hour. been coming here for years. I wish I remember who told me about this place but forever I will be thankful.
sure sometimes you have to wait a bit longer but that's because Dr and staff take the time to go over the options carefully regarding your furry babys care.. Dr Stephanie share her own experiences with her own furry babies.
I had done surgeries and emergency call here and they have always taken care of my babies well.
moat importantly the prices are extremely reasonable. I am thankful to God for this clinic..
