Staff is always friendly and helpful. Vet is very straight forward and honest. I feel he doesn't try to tell you that you have to do things but is honest about what is happening with your animals. He gives you fair prices and allows you to decide how to proceed.
The staff is very friendly and our dog was at ease w/them. Unfortunately when the Vet walked in and went towards our dog, he got nervous and gave a low growl. We put a muzzle on him, and the Vet still didn't even put a hand on him. He never tried to ease our dog's nerves, and after expressing that he was too aggressive to handle, (our dog was muzzled at this point, and never growled again), only visually diagnosed our dog's limp. I'm grateful he at least prescribed pain meds though. The few times we've been to this clinic, the Veterinarian is not the friendliest, and all 3 times we've brought pets here, he's yet to place a hand on any of them. Pet Emergency Mauled incident...turned out worse than anticipated but price did not go too much further than estimate...luckily they were open and I had my pet looked at DR was emmediately assesing my pup, and talked to me about possible issues and allowed for queationes and patient history...He seen my pup same day !😃and dropped off and picked up after surgery same day. Assistant was very gentle with my pup showed me surgery pics of injury after shave of fur Wow🥺 ...he asked if i had any questions and told me they would be calling to check up on pup and to call if any issues or needing meda to calm pup if too anxious...Great cuatomer service ..NOovernight service**..… read full review
