Ward very professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer. Gave me price to fix and due to problem opted to not service . He did offer to service my other appliances while still at house which I appreciated and those are done. Still looking for new dryer.
The technician came last week on Monday, he ordered the part while here at my house. The part came in the next day and he had already made the appointment for today! He thought he needed help taking the oven out of the wall. He came today and the helper wasn’t there yet so he got the oven apart and saw he could reach the igniter from inside the oven, he fixed it himself, then the helper got here. The technician was great!
Our refrigerator went out that morning and we were desperate. We had been to COSTCO and Home Depot. They had no inventory, in stock, just floor models. Both stores were great about delivery in a couple of days. We were desperate! Tony met us at the door. We explained our needs and he guided us to the in stock refrigerators. He explained the differences and costs. We selected a floor model that was not in stock. He let us have that refrigerator and packed it up for us. Great guy and easily going! I'll be back.
