I called Jack’s Refrigeration for an emergency HVAC situation. It turns out the loud banging noise in my house was another issue. David stayed and fixed the issue anyway! Fast response, friendly service and greeted with a poinsettia! Can’t beat it! Thanks and Happy Holidays

Andrew and Porter were great representatives of your company. They were detailed in their inspection and cleaned and fixed the unit. I’ve been happy with Jack’s for several years after I discovered the company. Also, Andrew was fun to listen to as he patiently explained in detail his insights into doing a thorough job! Our home AC went out over the summer. Called many places; this was one of the few that was able to respond and make it out on a weekend. Was helped by a technician named Shawn. Very professional and helpful. Quickly identified the problem and took time to walk me through my options. Never felt like I was being 'overselled' and he answered all my questions. I wish all companies did business like this. I will definitely choose this company again.
