Holly is wonderful! She listens and helps me verbalize what it is I want. This time I wanted a warmer golden blonde and she nailed it, as usual. The salon is beautiful, conversation is pleasant, and she makes it absolutely worth every minute and penny

I first met Dakota three salons ago and have followed her like a faithful devotee ever since. When I tell you this woman is a magician with color, I mean it. Never has my hair grown out so seamlessly, so naturally - it's actually a terrible business model because I can go an ungodly amount of time between color. Great for me, maybe less so for her bank account. She really plans how the color will evolve and change over time, even taking into account my well water. And when I decide that a strip of orange or hot pink is a fun idea, they fade away gently - like magic. I moved up to northern CA From LA 5 years ago.. leaving my beloved stylist behind- since I've moved I've tried too many salons to count. I've been searching and searching for the perfect salon/ stylist and let me TELL YA! HIVE IS WHERE ITS AT! Holly has taken my dry, damaged, brass infested hair to the most beautiful healthy blonde ever! I am so grateful I found her. I've had extensions for over 10 years, she gave me such an amazing Bob I've ditched my extensions! Love her and love her work. Highly recommend Hive salon
