Sage has a considered, holistic, gentle approach. I usually don’t like acupuncture because in the past with other practitioners I’ve found the needles hurt, but she’s so gentle I don’t even notice her putting them in a lot of the time. I’m only a couple of weeks in with seeing her and I’m already feeling more centered, have more energy and more balanced in general. She’s non judgmental and feels safe to talk to. Her offices are clean, calm and soothing too. Highly recommend.
