I had hit my head on a sprinkler head that was in the ceiling of an under-stair storage. I was doing a pivot motion, so hit that sprinkler head pretty hard. I didn't have the \"red flags\" that would require further treatment from my regular doctor, and so I just went home to heal. After 4 weeks, I still had pressure in my head and some dizziness. I had a phone appointment with my doctor and he suggested a DO. I looked on-line and found Katherine. After dealing with runner's knee for the last two years, and seeing two different physical therapists with unsuccessful treatments/exercise programs, I was ready for another approach. I saw Lance and he put me on an exercise program was different, and very meticulous. The program was focused on strengthening my muscular imbalances with foundational movements and exercises that are critical to proper running (rather than just squats or lunges that PTs told me to do). After slowly ramping up on reps and running, I'm back where I was prior to developing my runner's knee issue. Go see Lance!! He's worth every penny.
