John helped my wife's dad who lives across the country and was recently diagnosed with dementia setup a simpler computer system so my wife and I can help him manage his finances and monitor anything that he may need assistance with. Modern life has gotten very technologically advanced and it's good to know there are smart businesses like this one to help support the elderly and young folks alike. John made this process easy and painless, I wish we would have called him sooner! I also feel great supporting small businesses. Nerds should consider adding a tip field to their payment process!
