Zack was great! I had some plumbing issues he came and checked on. One was there was a very loud banging inside the bathroom wall when the shower was turned on. I envisioned cutting into walls to find the problem. But Zack had a hunch that it was the cartridge in the on/off valve (I didn't even know there was a cartridge in there!). He replaced it and the banging is gone! He also helped me find a backup battery for our sump pump to keep it running when electricity goes out. He is very knowledgeable and I would trust him with any plumbing problems I have in the future. He was worth every penny I paid.
