I manage vacation rentals and it so important to have responsive repair people when things go wrong .Gary was quick to respond and sent Irwin out to help with a hot water heater issue . Irwin was professional, friendly and helpful , within two days we had a new water heater. I had tried many attempts with other companies but no one was available. Sun fire plumbing came to the rescue !
I live in Cupertino, but Gary answered an online help inquiry that i posted to get help to repair our roof top solar hot water system. His knowledge pinpointed the cause of the failure and identified the parts needed. He promptly gave me the information as to a supplier and link to a website for the replacement parts. Kudos to Sun Fire and Gary for the work that he did for us. Very knowledgeable. I heartily recommend the company.
